Terms Shipping All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping; once payment is received and checks are cleared we will ship your order right away. Shipping is available within Canada (at buyers’ expense) via WestJet or Air Canada cargo. We reserve the right to hold shipments during extreme weather conditions (hot or cold) for the safety of the animals. In the case or air shipping all shipments must be picked up at the airport within 4 hrs of arrival for any guarantees to apply. All shipments will be sent in a new insulated box at no extra cost. Price for shipping will vary depending on the destination.
Our Guarantee We personally guarantee that all geckos will be in perfect health upon arrival. If properly acclimated and cared for our geckos will do excellent for you. When shipping to a residential address there must be someone home who can take delivery of the animal(s) for this guarantee to apply. Failure to deliver on the first attempt invalidates the guarantee. We cannot be held responsible for health issues due to poor husbandry on the customers part. Our website has a wealth of information on the proper care of leopard geckos and should be consulted prior to making a purchase. If, within the first few weeks, you have any problems with an animal you received from us please contact us for a solution to the problem. We stand behind the geckos that we sell! All incidents must be reported within 24 hours of delivery in order to be considered for a replacement or refund. If, for any other reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please let us know within the 24 hour time period.
Placing animals On Hold We can put an animal on hold for a customer for 1 week until full payment or a deposit is received. If payment or deposit has not been received the animal will go back up for sale.
Deposits Deposits are non-refundable. Please consider this when deciding to make a purchase. We cannot have an animal on hold with a deposit only to have the customer decide they don't want the animal anymore and want their money back. This is not fair to us or other customers who are wanting that same animal. The only exception to this is if the animal gets sick or dies in our care and we have no similar animal to replace it with. This is extremely rare. We will hold any orders for 14 days with a 25% deposit. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. If full payment or other arrangements are not made within 14 days you will forfeit of your deposit.
