Please note that while we always try to dispatch your order within 48 hours of purchase, this is not always possible. If we cannot dispatch an order within 48 hours we will inform you via the contact information you have provided. In addition, we will contact you once your order has been dispatched. All our dry goods are shipped with Canada Post so they are automatically insured for $100. If you do not get your order within a week let us know and we will send you a replacement while we track the package down. We stand behind our products. Western Gecko provides you piece of mind with guarantied satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase return the product within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you 100% of your purchase price including the shipping. There is no risk to you. Western gecko reserves the right to refuse a transaction without prior warning. From time to time Western Gecko will offer reduced shipping as part of a promotional special. If you accidentally pay the shipping let us know and we will refund you the cost of shipping.
